About TRISH DEEN

I began my real estate career in 2011, helping distressed sellers navigate short sales during the challenging post-2008 market. As a Lead Listing Agent with a fantastic team, I was honored to assist over 500 sellers avoid foreclosure and regain financial stability. As market conditions greatly improved, I transitioned to more traditional residential transactions. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of accompanying many buyers and sellers on their real estate journey, always striving to create smooth and successful experiences.

In addition to my work with clients, my husband and I have invested in remodeling and new construction projects, transforming neglected properties into valuable and inviting spaces. I am passionate about home and land ownership because it is more than an investment; it’s a foundation for building wealth, fostering pride, and creating a comforting place to call home.

Born and raised in South Austin, I’ve always had a deep appreciation for this community. When I’m not working, I enjoy watching my son play soccer, spending time outdoors, gardening with native Texas plants, and exploring new destinations—though no matter where I go, Texas is my home.
