About KAYLEE SUTTON

I’m Kaylee Sutton — I’m a land developer and real estate agent based in Central Texas, just outside of Austin. I founded Land Unlimited where I lead a team of powerhouse women known as the Texas Land Ladies. We sell land and homes across 25+ counties and specialize in owner-financed deals for buyers who don’t have credit or much to put down.

In the last two years, we’ve closed over $200 million in land sales — usually around 30 deals a month — and I’ve built my business on making land ownership accessible for everyone. My sweet spot is taking large tracts and cutting them up using existing road frontage — no roads, no dirt work, just smart design and strategy.

I’m a proud new momma, lover of the outdoors, follower of Christ, and I’ve been in real estate since I was 20, so this is truly all I’ve ever known.

My mission now is to grow Land Unlimited into new markets, help others build wealth through land, and build a legacy that empowers the next generation of women in real estate.
